RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All items sold in our website: www.sneakhunt.me goes through quality control procedures. We inspect every items before it is shipped.

For items returned to Sneak Hunt Middle East, your product will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the package. An original dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.

Upon completion of the inspection process, our representative will contact you by phone or email to advise you the result of the product claim for return or refund.


GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT RETURNS FOR MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FLAW:

• Any product returned must be purchased from sneakhunt.me webstore.
• We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take responsible care of the items and will be liable for damage until we receive them in our operations office. Please retain a copy of the proof of sending, incase of dispute.
• The original dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection.
• Returns do not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for the shipping, delivery and storage fees incurred.
• All Returned merchandise must be in original, saleable condition. Shoes must be in their original boxes, hang tags, shoe trees (if available) unworn and free of any sign of crease or wear.
• No counterfeit products. Clients returning counterfeit or fake products will be reported to authorities immediately.

IF your claim is approved, we will issue you a product replacement (same of comparable style) or a store credit at the sole discretion of Sneak Hunt Middle East. Product replacement will be delivered to you within 5 working days from the time a representative contacts you.

THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED: 

• Products SneakHunt.ME determines in its sole discretion to be free if any material or workmanship flaws.
• Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
• Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice.
• Promotional, Clearance or Sale Items.
• Products with labeled removed. 

INSPECTIONS AND STORE CREDIT REDEMPTION: 

• If your product is deemed to have material or manufacturing flaw, you will receive a credit equivalent to the purchased item price, to be used at SneakHunt.ME only.
• Footwear that does not pass Sneak Hunt's inspection process will be returned with complete explanation to the claimant/sender.
• Denied product that is returned back to Sneak Hunt under a new product claim will be sold or auctioned to the public without compensation.
• If a CREDIT is issued, the returned item is solely the property of Sneak Hunt and will be re-posted on its webstore.
• Credit may be redeemed through sneakhunt.me only.
• Credit are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Upon store credit redemption, the order includes the price of the product(s) and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid by card or through PayPal.
• Sneak Hunt reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued credit vouchers that are associated with violation of its policies. Sneak Hunt reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or credit mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, Sneak Hunt ME reserves the right to void any credit issued and/or any returned product associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.

WEB STORE GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.

• Items may be exchanged within 7 days from the time that you have received the items.
• Items maybe exchanged with other items for sale in sneakhunt.me with similar or lower value.
• Shipping fee for the originally purchased item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

• Items may also be refunded with 7 days, less the original shipping and the return shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to the buyer.

 
OUR POLICY FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS :

• Items should be returned unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and sent back to the customer of refused.
• Where provided, all acccessories like hang tags, extra laces, shoe trees, film wraps and/or bags shpould be included in your returns.
• All items returned should accompany a sales invoice to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and description of products that are posted in SneakHunt.ME. However, as computer monitors vary, we can not guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be completely accurate.
• Items that were bought on sale or clearance can not be returned, exchange or refunded.
• All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment, less the bank charge of (3.99%) and shipping fee incurred.

 

2. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of item with other items for sale at SneakHunt.ME subject for claim approval. The shipping fee for the new item and the exchanged item, shall be both shouldered by the buyer.

3. CAN I RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE?

Unfortunately, items bought on sale or clearance cannot be returned nor exchanged.

4. WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

You will be refunded 1- 2 billing cycles from the time we received the item being returned. Note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned will be shouldered by buyer. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the items value will be charged to the buyer.

5. CAN I RETURN SNEAKHUNT.ME GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, gift cards can’t be returned nor converted to cash.
